Roxanne Rothschild
Executive Secretary National Labor Relations Board
Roxanne L. Rothschild is Executive Secretary of the National Labor Relations Board. As Executive Secretary, she serves as chief administrative and judicial management officer of the Board. Ms. Rothschild is the first woman to be appointed Executive Secretary of the Board in 76 years. Ms. Rothschild serves as the NLRB’s liaison to the Administrative Conference of the United States and the American Bar Association. She is also the President of the Association of Labor Relations Agencies in the U.S. and Canada.
Ms. Rothschild has practiced labor and employment law for over 30 years. She began her legal career at Littler Mendelson in San Francisco, then served as in-house employment law counsel for 3M Company in Minnesota before joining the NLRB in 2002. Ms. Rothschild is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She received her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Minnesota.
