Meredith Jason is Deputy Assistant General Counsel in the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch of the National Labor Relations Board.  The Branch represents the Board in cases involving the enforcement or review of Board orders filed in the United States Court of Appeals and works with the Office of the Solicitor General in handling the Board’s cases before the United States Supreme Court.  Meredith joined the Branch in 1995 as a briefing attorney and was promoted to Supervisory Attorney in 2001.  In 2010, she was promoted to her current position.  Prior to joining the Board, Meredith clerked for the Honorable Ronald P. Wertheim of the Superior Court for the District of Columbia and worked in private practice in Washington, D.C.  Meredith serves as an Associate Editor of The Developing Labor Law

 

Meredith graduated summa cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law, and holds a BA in Sociology from Boston University.
