Adrienne DerVartanian (she/her) is a Senior Counsel for Workplace Justice at the National Women’s Law Center, where she focuses on promoting gender justice in the workplace, with particular attention to women in low-paid jobs and women of color. Before joining the National Women’s Law Center, Adrienne worked on farmworker immigration and labor policy for over 15 years with Farmworker Justice and the UFW Foundation. Prior to her farmworker advocacy,

Adrienne practiced civil legal services as an attorney with the Legal Aid Society of DC; held a Georgetown Women’s Law and Public Policy Fellowship at the National Partnership for Women and Families; and served as a law clerk at a federal district court in Georgia. Adrienne is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a graduate of Oberlin College.
